What Nonprofit Leaders Must Do to Get Ahead of AI Integration

The host, Shereese Floyd, is a thought leader, skilled organizational development consultant, coach and marketing expert.  In 2023 she founded AI Consultants for Nonprofits, a leading-edge practice helping organizations ethically leverage AI to extend human, marketing and financial resources for good.  With these emerging tools she has seen measurable improvements in efficiency and increases in productivity.  Leveraging  AI, she supported an organization to raise $600K in grant awards and save $75K in staff overhead.   

With two decades of experience in nonprofit marketing, Shereese is a skilled storyteller helping unite people around a cause and influencing behaviors that move people to action. Her expertise spans development, branding, and public relations and now AI integration into all these areas.  Through AICN, she licenses her accredited curriculums to organizations supporting workforce development and upskilling.

Her contributions have been featured in Essence, Chief Learning Officer, and Entrepreneur Magazine. She has been honored as one of 100 Women to KNOW in America and one of the 50 Most Dynamic Women in Charlotte and Who's Who in Black Charlotte. She serves on the board of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Charlotte Chapter and organizes TEDxMintStreet in Charlotte, NC.
